Old Spice Adrian Peterson Football Campership Contest OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN, NOR WILL A PURCHASE IMPROVE ONE’S CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. OPEN TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS.
1. ELIGIBILITY: All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. The Contest is open to legal U.S. residents (except residents of Puerto Rico or States where prohibited by law). Kay Dylan Restaurants, LLC crewmembers and crewmember’s immediate family, as well as Raising Cane’s USA, LLC, its subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents (herein referred to as “Sponsor”) or any of their sales representatives, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, members of each of their immediate families and those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate. Entries are limited to individuals only between the ages of 7 and 18 years old with the consent of minor’s parent or guardian. Commercial enterprises and business entities are not eligible. Persons who are prohibited or restricted from participation in the Contest due to contractual or employment relationships are not eligible.
2. TO ENTER: Contest entry forms may be obtained by visiting Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® at 1130 Alameda in Norman. To enter the Contest, obtain and legibly complete an official entry form, available while supplies last and drop it into the entry box at Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers in Norman. Limit one entry per customer. Duplicate entries will be disqualified. No photocopied or mechanically reproduced entries will be allowed. All entries must be legible and complete to be eligible. All entries become the property of Sponsor, and will not be returned or acknowledged. By participating, entrants (and entrant’s parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor) acknowledge and agree to be bound to these Official Rules.
3. PROMOTIONAL PERIODS AND LOCATION: Contest will be held at Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers® at 1130 Alameda in Norman, Oklahoma. Four (4) camperships for ages 7-14 will be awarded based upon random drawings. The period for the contest shall begin at 10:30:00 AM CST on May 9th and end at 10:59:59 PM CST on June 9th. The random drawing will be held on or about June 10, 2010.
4. PRIZE DRAWINGS: Sponsor is giving away Four (4) camperships for ages 7-14 to the Old Spice Adrian Peterson Football Camp. The Average Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Old Spice Adrian Peterson Campership is $199. Drawings will be conducted by Kay Dylan Restaurants, LLC Management for this contest, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this contest. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received. By submitting an entry, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor via telephone, e-mail and/or postal mail. All Winners will be required to accept their prize within 24 hours after notice and must fill out the Old Spice Adrian Peterson Football Camp brochure at the Raising Cane’s Restaurant in Norman by noon on June 11, 2010. If the Winner cannot accept the campership a substitute Winner will be selected from the remaining entries. No compensation will be offered to any prize winner who cannot accept their prize.
5. PRIZE ACCEPTANCE: The Prize is not transferable. If a winner is a minor in his or her jurisdiction of residence, the Prize may be awarded in the name of, or to, winner’s parent or legal guardian who must execute all documents and agree to all obligations and undertakings of winner, both on behalf of himself/herself and winner, or the Prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. No substitution or cash redemption allowed except by Sponsor, who may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. The Prize must be accepted within 24 hours of notification, or prize will be forfeited in its entirety and a substitute Grand Prize Winner will be selected from the remaining entries. By accepting the Prize, the Prize Winner consents to use of name, biographical information together with any photographs, videos, and/or audio recordings made of the Prize Winner for advertising purposes without limitation and without additional compensation in any and all media worldwide, except where prohibited by law. By accepting prize, the Prize Winner further agrees to release Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates and related companies and each of their respective officers, directors, employees and agents from any and all liability, loss or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Prize Winners’ participation in this Contest, or with respect to awarding, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of any Prize.
6. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Contest. Any delays or human errors that occur in the processing, transmission or receipt of entries, or for inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, or lost which may be caused directly, or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrants’ participation in the Contest or receipt, redemption or use of any prize. If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of being conducted as planned, including but not limited to infection by computer viruses, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Sponsor also reserves the right, in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual found to be violating these Official Rules or suspected of attempting to disrupt or defraud the entry process or the operation of the Contest and Sponsor may prosecute or seek other legal redress against anyone suspected of engaging in these acts.
7. GRAND PRIZE WINNER LIST: For a list of the names of the Prize Winners, available after June 22, 2010, send a self-addressed stamped envelope, to be received no later than June 20, 2010, to “Old Spice Adrian Peterson Campership Contest” 1130 Alameda, Norman, OK 73071.
